These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of magicmoversatl.com (the “Site”) and to estimate requests made through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Us

The Site is operated by Magic Movers ATL, a moving company based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, USDOT number 3058985.

Estimates And Quotes

• Estimates are based on the information you provide, such as inventory, addresses, access and move date.
• The final price may change if the actual items, access conditions, distance or services differ from what was described, or if you add services on moving day.
• Submitting a form on the Site is a request for an estimate. It is not a confirmed booking until we confirm your date and terms with you.

Your Moving Agreement

Each move is governed by the written estimate, order for service and bill of lading (or other agreement) you receive for that job. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the job documents control for that move.

Scheduling, Changes And Cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your move. Any deposit, rescheduling or cancellation terms will be explained in your estimate or booking confirmation.

Your Responsibilities

• Give accurate information about your items, addresses and access.
• Arrange building access, elevator reservations and parking where required.
• Be present, or have an authorized person present, at pickup and delivery.
• Keep cash, jewelry, important documents, medications and other valuables with you.
• Do not ask us to move hazardous, illegal or perishable items, firearms, ammunition, pets or plants.

Liability And Claims

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the valuation option and coverage stated in your moving documents, as allowed by Georgia and federal law. Interstate moves are subject to FMCSA rules; you can read more at FMCSA Protect Your Move. Please inspect your items at delivery and report any damage to us promptly and in writing.

Payments

Payment is due as stated in your estimate or agreement. We accept cash and all major cards.

Use Of The Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by sending spam, submitting false information, trying to access areas you are not allowed to, or interfering with its operation.

Website Content

All text, photos, logos and graphics on the Site belong to Magic Movers ATL or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Content on the Site, including blog articles and moving tips, is for general information only and is not legal, financial or professional advice.
